ABOUT · Shanghai Zaiming Software
A small company,
three plain rules.
We can't take every job—stating that up front saves awkwardness later.
Who we are
Shanghai Zaiming Software Technology Co., Ltd., operating since 2019. Small team, so no layered handoffs—the people you meet, who write the plan, and who code are basically the same.
Two lines: project work—sites, mini-programs, system integration; and self-built products, the MallX e-commerce system and Dizan design tool. Products feed the team, so we can be picky with projects.
We have footprints in Shanghai and Xinjiang; clients in both can meet in person. Remote for distant projects; on-site when it's needed.
Three rules
Not slogans—set after stepping on the mines.
- Acceptance means "actually runs"Not "the API works" or "the page shows." You place an order yourself, redeem once yourself—only then is it delivered.
- Write it clearly before startingBoundaries, data, who's responsible—documented before code. Projects thought up while coding all end in rework.
- Finish one before starting the nextTen half-finished pieces beat one done well? No—one done well beats ten. Half-finished wastes the most time and money.
What we don't take
Written here to save both sides time. On these we say no directly, and tell you who to ask.
- 01Medical diagnosis or medication-advice Q&A and systems
- 02Financial, loan, or investment-advice content
- 03Review/follower fraud, fake traffic, malicious SEO
- 04Unauthorized reuse of film, font, or image assets
- 05Invoice proxying, qualification affiliation

Free, no hard sell. If we can do it, we give a plan and quote; if not, we tell you straight.
