Operations & Assurance

Questions we often get about this category

Can you take over ops for a site you didn't build?
Yes, but first a check-up: can the code be changed, who runs the server, is there a backup. We won't take on projects we can't trace—so when something breaks it's clear.
How often are backups and can you actually restore?
Full DB daily, key tables incremental, files weekly. A backup only counts if it restores—so we run a restore drill every quarter and show you the record.
How is pricing calculated?
By scope, not a flat quote. We list modules, then set the timeline; price follows scope. We give a detailed breakdown before signing; if you add requirements mid-way we re-quote—no 'let's see as we go' billing.
Who owns the code and data?
The server, domain, mini-program entity, and payment merchant ID are all under your name. We deliver the code and deployment docs—no locked backend, no held data; your next team can take it over.
