- How do you accept delivery, and what do you NOT promise?
- We promise three things, all in writing: deliverables per checklist (main/detail/campaign pages with source files); a weekly data table; which screens change this week, listed upfront. Process metrics (CTR, detail-page conversion) can be compared before vs after. We do NOT promise sales volume, ad ROI, or category rank—those depend on platform traffic, competitor pricing, stock-outs, refund rates; not in our hands, so not written or verbally pledged.
- Why should we trust you then?
- Step one is a check-up sheet: we measure your current CTR, detail-page bounce, SKU structure, and response time—you see where it leaks. We say outright where the data is bad and where it's not worth fixing. A 2,000-yuan screen fix shouldn't require buying a year of service.
- How long is the contract?
- Monthly, minimum one month—pilot then continue. First month fixes structure and visuals; only the second month talks ad cadence. We actually advise against a year-frame up front—one month of data saves both sides trouble.
- We already have a store—can you do visuals only?
- Yes. Main/detail/campaign pages are priced separately, not bundled with operations. We deliver source files and size specs; you can list them yourself.
- How is pricing calculated?
- By scope, not a flat quote. We list modules, then set the timeline; price follows scope. We give a detailed breakdown before signing; if you add requirements mid-way we re-quote—no 'let's see as we go' billing.
- Who owns the code and data?
- The server, domain, mini-program entity, and payment merchant ID are all under your name. We deliver the code and deployment docs—no locked backend, no held data; your next team can take it over.
