Construction
Engineering business is spoken through cases. But most firms' cases sit in contracts, buried in phone albums—few photos fit to show the client.
Clients look at three things: have you done something similar, how is the site managed, who's responsible when something goes wrong. All three can be organized into something presentable—just no one has done it systematically.
This category usually starts with "case library + company showcase"—low cost, fast payoff. If bidding is needed, add a brand film and qualification materials.
01 Where things usually stall
Cases not presentable
Done plenty of work, but photos sit in project managers' phones—none with project name and scale.
Bid materials thrown together
Company intro rebuilt for every bid, and versions differ, so the numbers don't match front to back.
Site issues by phone
Progress, materials, rectification records scrolled through WeChat groups; accountability unclear.
02 Where to start
Corporate Showcase Mini-Program
Cases, qualifications, current projects—reps can show the client right from their phone.
2–3 weeks B1New Website (responsive + ICP filing)
Bidding, fundraising, hiring all need a formal address.
3–4 weeks H1Corporate Brand Film
Three minutes to explain what you've done and how you run the site.
2–3 weeks G3Production Dashboard
For prefab and building-material firms, put output and yield on display.
4–8 weeks03 What delivery looks like
What you get
A running site or system, admin backend, deployment docs, and an acceptance checklist that states the boundaries.
When to pay
Paid by milestone: signing, mid-point, launch. Each milestone has something acceptable—not time-based burn.
After launch
3–6 month warranty, someone picks up issues. First month we use it with you and fill the gaps.
Who you work with
The people you meet, who write the plan, and who write the code are the same. No handoffs; no re-explaining requirements.
Questions we often get for this industry
- Cases involve client info—can they be public?
- Anonymized by agreement: only project type, scale, duration—no client name. If brand exposure is needed, we get authorization first.
- Can the film be cut from existing footage?
- If there's on-site footage we can cut a first version; gaps get reshot. A full reshoot costs far more.
- How is pricing calculated?
- By scope, not a flat quote. We list modules, then set the timeline; price follows scope. We give a detailed breakdown before signing; if you add requirements mid-way we re-quote—no 'let's see as we go' billing.
